Killing an Innocent in Self-Defense

Otsuka in his paper “Killing the Innocent in Self-defense” insists that we are not morally justified to kill innocent aggressor in self-defense. In this paper, I will argue that it is indeed morally permissible to kill an innocent aggressor in self-defense if killing them was the only choice available to prevent the fatal threats.
